Shipping

We ship orders via UPSP. Visit our Shipping Policy page for information on our shipping policy.

We do ship internationally to select countries. This list may extend into all applicable countries within the scope of the USPS (that list can be viewed here: about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm) as we expand our operations in the future, and any limitations therein are not a reflection of the views of the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days from when your order is placed. You can initiate a return by logging into your account, viewing your order, and clicking Return Request. You will be charged $8.95 for a return shipping label.

You may exchange your item within 30 days from when your order is placed. You can initiate an exchange by logging into your account, viewing your order, and clicking Return Request. In the comments, state what you would like the item exchanged for. You will be charged $8.95 for a return shipping label.

You are welcome to return your purchase in person on your next visit to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk as long as the item(s) are in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags attached, in its original packaging and you have proof of purchase with you. Please visit our Retail Location “The Walk”, on the Colonnade to have your refund processed, or to facilitate an exchange.

My Order

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account at shop.beachboardwalk.com/account.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@shopbeachboardwalk.com with your name, order number, and zip code, and we will look into it for you.

If you change your mind on an order or would like to cancel on any additional basis, please contact us at (831) 423-5590 ext. 2340 or email us at shop.orders@beachboardwalk.com for assistance in canceling your order.

Payments

We accept: Visa, Discover, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay. All prices are in US Dollars. 

Your purchase on our shop.beachboardwalk.com website will show up on your statement as “SP BOARDWALK RETAIL”.

After you make your purchase you can expect your card to be processed and charged within 1 to 3 days after your purchase.

No, MyBoardwalk Card points cannot be used at our online retail store. MyBoardwalk Card Paid Points can be used to make retail purchases onsite at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.

Shopping

Details on sizing for our clothing items can be found on each apparel page, close to the Size selector. A pop-up window will appear with with sizing info specific to the item you are viewing. Look for the link that says Size Chart with a tape measure icon.
